How to Register

0. Choose the weeks you would like your child to attend.
   
0. Fill in the registration form inserted in the camp brochure.
0. Return the form to Brookfield Academy along with a $45 per child registration fee.
0. After we receive your registration form, we will mail you a confirmation letter and a camp packet.
0. Payment is due one week in advance.
